Welcome to the SAJS!

Thank you for your interest in the Society for Arthritic Joint Surgery. The Society is comprised of orthopaedic surgeons with special interest in total joint arthroplasty. Our membership is diverse, not only geographically but in practice settings as well. The group remains small (numbering in the 50's) to insure its tradition and founding principles that include sharing of experiences and knowledge, camaraderie, and social activities.

Membership is by invitation only. Spouses play an integral part in the Annual Meeting generally held in October at locations across the country. Recent venues are Yosemite National Park, Stein Eriksen Lodge in Park City, Utah, Bay Harbor, Michigan, and Naples, Florida to name a few.

Our meeting in 2009 is scheduled for October 21-25 in Boston. We will be staying at the Marriott Long Wharf. Hotel info to follow soon!
